TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF LABORATORY :
1. The students must be submitted the Laboratory Registration Form, College recommendation letter, Personal Request letter and Bio-data with the Reg istration Form.
2. The Registration Fee @ Rs.500/- must be submitted at the time of Registration to confirm the seat. The students can pay the Registration Fee in Cash /Demand Draft In Favor of “Society of Environment, Health and Biotech” payable at LUCKNOW. Training Fee Regarding course must be submitted through the Demand Draft In Favor of “Society of Environment, Health and Biotech” payable at LUCKNOW.
3. Separate Hostel / Paying guest Facility for Boys and Girls available @ Rs.4,000/-per month including Fooding & Lodging will provide by the institution at per availability of seats. Otherwise students should make their own arrangement.
4. The students will be responsible for any type of breakage of laboratory equipments and glassware and the breakage charge will be paid by the student.
5. The Institute can organized the screening test as per the requirement for the laboratory.
6. The institute /management will decide regarding to issuing of Training Certificate after the successful completion of training and submission of Project Report.
7. The student will not be entitled to take the certificate in case of absence during Training session. The student cannot take any leave without the permission of Lab Incharge. The student should essential to inform (Telephonic) to the Institution in case of emergency.
8. The institute may not provide the certificate in case of any type of misbehaving/ undisciplined manner during the training.
